Class with Jef Blake

Jef has developed a system which he wants me to use when I am running Al.  It is very simple, very effective, and if done correctly the dogs run faster  The dogs have a shorter path because you are ahead of them, which makes it easier for me because I arrive where I am supposed to be before the dog does thereby allowing me a very little amount of time to figure out what is next.

What is going to happen is I am going to change the way I run with Al in such a significant way, that I hope that you will eventually notice a real difference in the way I use my body, shoulders and arms.  It's hard to "untrain" 3 years of "training"!!

In the 2nd class of trying to learn this new way to run an agility course, Jef set up the JWW course from Round 2 of the AKC National Agility Championships.
